After EffectsI'm a digital artist and animation student who can easily get fixated on new interests. i like being part of fandoms and see the creativity the world can express. I like to create characters and stories X).
I draw mostly fanart and OCs.
I'm very passionate about films, animation, videogames (BATIM, Undertale, Deltarune and Pokèmon are my favs, i like open worlds and survivals), webcomics and music, rarely i do cosplay too.
My dream is to work in the animation industry one day, start my own animation studio and work on my own series (i dream big... TWT).Thank you for swimming by!

⋆.˚ TERMS OF SERVICE ˚.⋆

it is important that you read the T.O.S carefully

- I will post commissions on my social media, include them in my portfolio (unless stated otherwise).
- My art MUST NOT be used for NFT or AI purposes.
- I reserve the right to refuse your request with or without explanation.
- You may not claim my work as your own.
- I will put my watermark on every drawing. If you want a version without my watermark you can ask, but its NOT allowed the public use, only personal.
- I expect some flexibility to use my artistic judgment, and may make minor color and tonal changed to the overall image. This may lead to some markings and hues deviating from the original design.
- You may not use the artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.
- You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
- I have the right to draw personal art or take a break while i have a commission pending.
- You need a reference sheet to commission me. No need to be extremely detailed, but i need a picture to draw your commission, i don't accept written descriptions, unless you ask me to do a custom design for you.
- The waiting time to receive a commission can be up to 2 months, except for complications or elaborate works that will require more time, in which case i'll sent constant updates. If you want the commission to be made within a deadline the price could rise according to how much time i have available. Please do not rush me.
- I, Angyluffy, must be visibly and noticeably credited as the original designer any place that products with the design are available for purchase.
-If you have already commissioned me before you will receive a 20% discount for future commissions.
- It is preferable that the commissions are requested on VGEN (WIP), if you can't, contact me on instagram or twitter.

⋆.˚ PAYMENT ˚.⋆

- Payment will be through PayPal in € currency, i will send you a PayPal.me link or an invoice with the exact amount.
- You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or half before i start the sketch and the other half when i finished it.
- You'll be added to queue without any charge, payment will be asked when it's your turn in the queue.
- You can cancel your order before i start your commission but please let me know so i can reserve your slot to someone else.
- I can refund 100% of the payment only if i have not started working on the sketch.
- Once i start the sketch there will be NO TOTAL REFUNDS.
- I have the right to cancel your commission at any time and will provide a full refund.

- You can ask me to change everything you want during the sketch phase but i won’t make big changes during rendering, i can change only colors or very small details.

- COMMERCIAL FEE (FOR MERCH ETC) IS +50% OF THE TOTAL PRICE. (Twitch assets are not included in this fee)
- ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS ARE +60% EACH (if one full body is 100€, two are 160€)
- REFERENCE SHEETs prices may vary according to how many details are required, the base price for 2 fullbody flat-color (front and back) is 150 €.
- DAKIMAKURAs are 100€ for EACH side.
-ANIMATIONS prices may vary according to the length and complexity of the animation, a consultation is necessary to decide the price. Small 4/5 frames GIFs cost around 60€.
- COMPLEX BACKGROUND IS +30€ | SIMPLE BACKGROUND (pattern, flat color) is FREE.
